I suggested reading Sweet Days of Discipline as it was the next on my pile. The pile is huge and I thought the accountability of saying I was reading more here would help.
It has!
Since then I have read five more books. Are you astonished? I certainly am. I’ve been focused on setting the intention to get back to books and it’s been working.
Could this conscious effort to change a behavior be applied to other areas of my life? Might you see me back on a reformer or spinning my way through a Beyonce vs. Rhianna showdown at Soulcycle in the near future?
Maybe… so much to be revealed.
