Let's Talk About Books

In which I start the hot mess Book Club. It's not a regular book club, it's a cool book club.

Reading a book is something I truly enjoy. Finding a world to get lost in is all the things at once. Admittedly, in the last couple of years, I’ve struggled to consistently read the way I would like to, though when the weather gets warmer you might just find me on a bench, reading.

In an interview, Justina Blakeney, talked about the importance of making space in your home for the activities you love. This is excellent advice, which I have yet to accomplish for myself. So, I’m going to make Hot Mess my virtual book nook.

I’m not sure how this will work outside of I’m going to suggest a book, read it and you can also read that book if you so choose. Maybe, I’ll figure out the chat function and we can get together to talk about the book. At the very least, a new book will be started, which means, eventually, I will finish it.
